My client are looking for a dynamic professional to lead and inspire their Subsidence Engineers and Technical Team, delivering exceptional services for both domestic and commercial insurance claims. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure streamlined processes, compliance with SLAs, and outstanding customer experiences.
Key duties
- Technical Leadership: Oversee complex insurance claims, guiding your team to deliver accurate assessments and effective solutions.
- On-Site Expertise: Occasionally support surveying services and visit damaged properties to evaluate technical and insurance requirements for reinstating buildings.
- Strategic Impact: Drive operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.
- Lead and develop a team of desk-based engineers and a technical field team.
- Attend client meetings and represent the company professionally.
- Drive performance to meet SLA targets and audit requirements.
- Provide training and technical guidance to internal teams and external surveyor networks.
- Production of management information on a monthly basis.
- Manage a portfolio of complex subsidence claims from inspect to resolution.
- Promote best practice and continuous improvement within the Subsidence Operations team.
- To understand, implement and comply with company procedures and policies, and actively promote the principle of treating customers fairly.
Key requirements
- Educated to degree level in an appropriate discipline, e.g. Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Surveying, or similar.
- Enthusiastic Excellent communication skills and articulation.
