As demand continues to rise, we are expanding our field team and seeking experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineers to support projects across London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Kent, Essex, and Oxfordshire.

The Opportunity

This is a contract / self-employed role offering circa £250-£300 per day overtime, with consistent workflow, long-term project availability, and a supportive operations team behind you. You will be a key part of delivering high-standard installations for leading clients, with the autonomy to take ownership of your work on-site.

What You’ll Do

  • Install a wide range of systems including splits & multi-splits, VRV/VRF and DX units.
  • Carry out commissioning & performance testing to ensure safe, efficient operation.
  • Complete mechanical tasks such as copper brazing, pipework installation, and pressure leak testing.
  • Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and site plans.
  • Work in full compliance with F-Gas, RAMS, and all Health & Safety requirements.
  • Represent the brand professionally, delivering a positive on-site experience for clients.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven air conditioning installation experience (25 years preferred).
  • F-Gas Category 1 Certification (City & Guilds 2079 or equivalent).
  • CSCS Skill Card.
  • Full UK driving licence (clean).
  • Your own tools and ability to work independently.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Desirable Extras

  • NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & AC.
  • IPAF / PASMA certifications.
  • Manufacturer training (Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu, etc.).
