THIS ROLE IS 100% REMOTE BASED – UK WIDE Insurance Technician – London Market (Fully Remote) Role and Responsibilities: Reporting to the Client Services & Delivery Manager, this individual will be responsible for supporting the Underwriting Clientele by providing a wide range of administrative duties, with an emphasis on bordereaux management. Ideal candidates will have experience working in insurance operations at a Technician, Underwiting / Broker Support / Broker Back-Up, or similar areas, with good Client Services skills and prior experience working with bordereau. Essential Functions: Provide technical and administrative duties as agreed with each Underwriting Client. Build and manage relationships with Underwriting Client’s and third party service providers. Assist in delivering Compliance / Underwriting Control – Comply with external and internal regulatory and statutory policies, procedures and regulations, minimum standards and market practices e.g., sanctions checks. Attend and participate in meetings concerned with onboarding new Underwriting Clients and defining the services to be provided.
