It is essential to ensure accurate documentation and compliance standards while also supporting with claims queries (basic claims knowledge beneficial).

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and service-driven mindset
- Acturis experience essential
- Cert CII (or working towards) beneficial
- Basic claims knowledge beneficial
