IT Support Engineer An excellent opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Engineer to join our growing and successful business. Supporting a network of 70+ users within a windows server environment, the successful candidate will be responsible for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support and will work in close alignment with all users and the rest of the technical team. As well as supporting the users, this role will be responsible for looking after the Data Centre and network infrastructure and all technical suppliers. This is role is a particularly hands-on and will require the successful candidate to always take their initiative whilst being the first point of contact for all IT related tasks. You will take a strategic approach to support and always consider how enhance the IT infrastructure.
