Full‑time role, Monday‑Friday, working in both Waltham and Bedford locations. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years ambulatory RN experience (pediatrics preferred). 2 years supervisory/leadership experience preferred. The role is split 50% administrative and 50% clinical. Accountability for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients' clinical decision‑making regarding nursing care, ensuring nursing care is provided safely and competently, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
  • Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
  • Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
  • Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
  • Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
  • Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred. No experience can replace a degree.
  • Registered Nurse, MA license required.
  • Clinical nursing experience 0–1 year required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Practical nursing knowledge needed to provide patient care and treatment.
  • Knowledge of care required for various age groups.
  • Maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Ability to accurately screen and triage acute patients.

Pay Range: $41.72–$105.65 per hour.
