The Town of Dudley is seeking a qualified professional to serve as the Youth Services Librarian for the Pearle L. Crawford Memorial Library. This position falls under the direction of the Library Director and performs professional library work in planning, directing and scheduling children and teen-age library programs and services, develops and is responsible for the selection of print and non-print materials, manages the material budget and supervises the maintenance of the collection for the Youth Services Division.
The candidate must have excellent customer service and time management skills as well as the use of social media and the internet in support of library services and programs.

- Grade 3, full time 40 hour per week position
- Starting salary range: £55,556 - £61,000 annually based on experience and qualifications
- Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education with three to five years specialized in the field of library science
- Benefit package includes paid time off, health and dental insurance and pension benefits.
