Combining technical expertise with strong leadership skills, you will manage analysis activities, guide and develop team members, engage with key stakeholders, and deliver high-quality insights that support critical decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for data analysis, problem-solving and continuous improvement within a highly technical and operational environment. Your main responsibilities will be to: Manage a small team providing expert analysis services. Resource manage and support, where necessary, the analysis of functional data to determine system performance and reliability. Ensure the effective dissemination of high-quality information to appropriate stakeholders. Provide mentoring and coaching to early career team members and support them in developing specialist skills where applicable. Minimum five years of system analysis experience. A commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Good understanding of system performance and statistical analysis. Experience of working with data, in an established team environment, to understand how it can help an organisation make better decisions. Data Analysis methods – modelling, classification, regression, clustering, simulation and predictionFlexible and adaptable communicator who can tell a great factual story and adapt it to their audience.
