Requirements

  • We require a degree in a STEM subject.
  • You must be a UK National and eligible to obtain and maintain UK Government Security Check (SC) clearance.
  • It would be beneficial if you have knowledge of electronics or radio frequency physics.
  • It would be beneficial if you have programming experience with MATLAB, Python or Java Script.
  • It would be beneficial if you have knowledge of Electronic Warfare or Radar Systems.
  • It would be beneficial if you have knowledge of computer hardware, networking or interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • We will place you across a range of specialist disciplines including solution architecture, synthetic environment test engineering, modelling, simulation and analysis, hardware acceleration, training and technical sales.
  • We will give you the opportunity to design complex Electronic Warfare systems.
  • We will involve you in developing and testing capabilities in our Hardware-in-the-Loop facilities.
  • We will involve you in modelling real-world Electronic Warfare scenarios.
  • We will support you in deploying advanced algorithms onto FPGA and GPU technologies.
  • We will involve you in helping develop and deliver specialist Electronic Warfare training.
  • We will involve you in supporting customer engagement and future capability development.
  • We will have you work on real customer projects while completing our Spectrum Warfare Specialist Course and Early Careers Programme.

The role is based in Lincoln or St Neots, with a blend of office and home working where project requirements allow.
