Responsibilities

  • To support Sales Director handling Request for quotation from customers.
  • To handle customer's enquiries regarding quotations when needed.
  • Coordinate with various inter-departments in regards to the quotation when needed.
  • To print out engineering drawings for Sales Director for parts quotations.
  • To serve as contact point between customers and suppliers on quotations and pricing.
  • Process quotation/Sales documentations.
  • Contribute to improving operational procedures, service excellence and service recovery.
  • Provide customer service support to customers on quotation status.
  • Process business reports to management and clients if required.
  • Process customer RFQ accurately.
  • Any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • GCE O Level with 3-5 years Sales admin support work experience, especially in Engineering Industry.
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Word and Excel.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Working location at Tuas Area.
