The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Responsible for processing customer enquiries through emails and phone calls and liaising with customers on their service enquiries.

Provide information in answer to inquiries about accounts, products, and services to the customers and must interact with them.

Able to generate sales from customers’ enquiries.

Liaise with customers on fulfilment discrepancies.

Handle and resolve customer complaints concerning billing rendered or services.

Answer questions of the customers related to the services or products and the maintenance or operation of the organisation.

Must ensure effective customer service by coordinating service requirements of the customer with other appropriate departments as necessary.

Proper planning on allocation of service engineer for jobs assigned as well as accurate records and timely mode.

Handle purchasing matters as per customer enquiries and must be able to handle under pressure.

Ensure assigned vessels are monitored constantly.

Take extreme care when assigned engineers onboard executing jobs.

Spare used by engineers onboard must always be approved by customers.

Take responsibility to finalise jobs once engineers submit reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Electronic & Electrical.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Marine Industry.
  • Leadership skill on allocation of Service Engineer for jobs assigned.
  • The power of expressing strong emotions in striking and appropriate language either spoken or written, thereby producing conviction or persuasion.
  • Working location at Tuas Area.
