Requirements:
- Min 5-10 years regional sales experience in hematology diagnostics, laboratory equipment, or medical devices.
- Degree in Biomedical/Life Sciences or Business is often preferred.
- Proven leadership, strong communication, negotiation, and CRM software proficiency.
- Good sales track record of meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for laboratory equipment and diagnostic products.
- Candidate must be able to do intensive travelling (60% of travel per month).
