Update & manage systems applications & products data processing within Operations Department (SAP & AMS).

Develop, implement, maintain and continuously improve conventional machining processes, special processes and administrative processes to improve quality, customer service, lead time, productivity and cost-efficiency.

Manage operational internal interfaces and external customer demands, having efficient effective communication and relations to ensure the needs of our organisation and customers are met.

Support manufacturing in problem diagnosis and assist in problem prevention, reporting and resolution.

Develop, implement, and improve product quality plan to prevent non-conformance and escape.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports and presentation materials.

Quality and HSE engineer responsible for solving day-to-day problems and anticipating quality, health and safety and environmental hazards at production sites.

Assist in organising, developing, implementing and supporting quality management system by providing the right advice and guidance to users.

Ensure compliance with all group rules on health, the environment, quality and the safety of people and property in and around the plant.

Monitor regulatory compliance for facilities, procedures and products.

Assist in conducting hazard, risk assessments and change existing or develop new recommendations to ensure compliance.

Be responsible for the successful conduct of any safety and quality audits (Internal/external).

Work with the MD and respective HODs to review and set annual safety and HSE targets.

Help to increase safety and minimise risks by fostering a 'Safe working environment' mindset among employees.

Facilitate lean activity within the Operations department.

Perform administrative functions supporting Operations department.

Other duties as per assigned by MD & Operations Manager.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Engineering with 2-3 years of ISO, Bizsafe, Quality & Safety together with Heat Treatment Manufacturing background is a MUST.
  • Some hands-on knowledge in SAP & AMS system processing.
  • Good ISO & HSE documents implementation and Control administration.
  • Working location at Clementi Area.
