Job Summary

You will take food orders from guests, serve food accurately, and deliver attentive customer service in a hotel café during morning and afternoon shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately take food orders from guests to ensure correct preparation and timely service.
  • Serve food to guests promptly while maintaining presentation and quality standards.
  • Deliver attentive and courteous customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized café environment during shifts.
  • Perform assigned duties effectively during morning and afternoon shifts at the Orchard Road location.

Required competencies and certifications:

  • Secondary education
  • 2-3 years of café or hotel restaurant work experience
  • Customer service skills demonstrated through guest interaction and problem resolution.
