  • All project outputs transition seamlessly into BAU operations.
  • Support models, runbooks, SLAs, and processes are fully aligned and ready.
  • Project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting meet PMO standards and remain accurate throughout.
  • Technical, commercial, and contractual elements of supplier migration are controlled and delivered successfully.
  • Project risks, issues, and dependencies are proactively identified, tracked, and mitigated.

The invaluable experience you’ll bring, to help us achieve more:

  • Have a proven track record delivering end-to-end technical or service-based projects, including medium scale delivery and managing complex dependencies across multiple teams.
  • Experience operating in service management or ITIL aligned environments, including transitioning services between suppliers or into new operational settings.
  • Strong knowledge of PMO governance, structured delivery methodologies, Agile and Waterfall, and recognised project management best practice.
  • Competence in risk management, financial control, budget/schedule management, and supplier management.
  • APM PMQ or PRINCE2 Practitioner (minimum expected).
