Our finance team of 4 is growing to support the company’s ambitious growth strategy. This is a new role and an opportunity for someone who enjoys seeing the bigger picture and the intricacies of a business like MASS supporting the Financial Controller.
How you’ll support us
Working primarily from our Little Paxton or Lincoln offices with hybrid working, I would love to speak to someone who can show they are:
- Curious and enthusiastic about our business
- Comfortable providing financial guidance and challenge to non-finance stakeholders
- Building positive relationships and championing good financial awareness and operational practice across the business
- Supportive and able to assist with any financial queries from how to add an order to the finance system to how Revenue Recognition works
- Experienced in practical implementation of governance processes
- Adaptable to support a wide range of projects with different complexities
Key Responsibilities
This role supports the delivery of robust financial control, forecasting and business insight across MASS. It requires a commercially aware finance professional who can support day-to-day finance operations, developing the broader business partnering / FP.
