Join MASS at our Lincoln office as a Senior Solution Architect (MBSE) and play a key role in delivering cutting-edge EW solutions. You will be helping to design, implement, and validate new capabilities, influence operational outcomes, and develop into a Subject Matter Expert within a high-performing, multidisciplinary team.
Led by our Principal Solution Architect, the team is based at our modern Lincoln HQ on Teal Park, typically spending three days in the office and two from home, giving you the best of both worlds: collaboration and flexibility.

As a thought leader, you’ll shape complex technical concepts from analysis through to delivery, applying your Model-Based Systems Engineering expertise to help design and implement cutting-edge solutions for our customers. You will be responsible for driving an expansion of our system modelling and simulation efforts and capability, and we are looking for people that are passionate and knowledgeable about complex simulation challenges, and can bring expertise and guidance in this area.
Essential experience:
- Systems Engineering
- Coding experience (MATLAB/Simulink)
- Experience in integrating heterogeneous models across different engineering disciplines
- Test and acceptance of integrated systems
- Experience across the Engineering Delivery Lifecycle
- Defence Industry knowledge of EW systems
Desirable experience:
- Requirements Management (DOORS/Enterprise Architect etc.)
- Systems Modelling (UML/SysML)
- System Design Documentation
- Previous ex-Military experience with EW systems (operator, maintenance, support, or acquisition).
