Join an experienced project delivery team where you'll have the opportunity to lead complex projects, work closely with customers and technical experts, and make a meaningful impact across a diverse portfolio of work. We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery remains aligned with customer requirements, commercial objectives and business priorities. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day delivery of complex projects, bringing together people, resources and plans to achieve successful outcomes. You'll work closely with customers, technical experts and internal stakeholders to manage project performance, navigate challenges and ensure delivery remains on track in a fast-paced environment. Alongside project delivery, you'll support colleagues by sharing your experience, encouraging best practice and contributing to the ongoing development of our project management capability.

This role is based at our Lincoln office, providing the opportunity to work closely with a highly skilled and collaborative team supporting some of the UK's most important defence and security programmes. We recognise the importance of flexibility and support hybrid working where business needs allow. The exact working arrangement can be discussed during the recruitment process.

You will:

• Lead the delivery of complex projects, ensuring customer and business objectives are achieved
• Build trusted relationships with customers, stakeholders and project teams
• Manage project performance across cost, schedule, quality and risk
• Support collaboration, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the team

To be successful in this role, you'll bring proven project management experience, strong leadership skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Essential experience:

• Project Management Practitioner qualification
• Extensive experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
• Experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams
• Strong financial and commercial awareness

Desirable experience:

• Membership of an appropriate professional or chartered body
• Knowledge of the Defence Industry or a similar technical discipline

It would be great if you also have experience working within secure, customer-facing environments and are comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities.

Due to the highly secure nature of the projects that you will be involved with, you must be:

• A UK National and eligible to work in the UK
• Eligible to obtain and maintain UK Government Security Check (SC) security clearance
