Our Electronic Warfare Operations Support Group (EWOS) is made up of 60+ electronic warfare specialists. Our engineers, scientists, and former military personnel come from a variety of backgrounds and pool their expertise to assist our customers in keeping their people and platforms safe while realising their full operational potential.
Reporting to our Senior Project Manager for EWOS, you will be at the heart of a successful, motivated group developing innovative solutions to meet complex customer requirements. Based out of our modern Lincoln headquarters on Teal Park, there is the opportunity to work in a Hybrid environment where project classification allows, providing you the best of both worlds: flexibility and collaboration.
Your experience will enable us to do more, serving as the main point of contact for any contract-related issues and enlisting the assistance of other stakeholders as needed.
Essential experience- Project Management Qualification
- Experience as an Assistant Project Manager or a similar role
- Financial and commercial awareness
- Experience in directly managing a medium-sized team
- Membership of an appropriate professional or chartered body
- Knowledge of the Defence industry or a similar technical discipline
Due to the highly secure nature of the projects that you will be involved with, you must be:
- A UK National and eligible to work in the UK
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a UK Government SC-level security clearance
Engage with stakeholders in a productive way and complete projects on time. You will need to work closely with our finance department to use methods like earned value management in order to accurately predict and complete the projects' financial objectives. You should have a proven track record of success in every stage of project execution, including support for business wins.
