The work
Our teams operate at the edge of the electromagnetic spectrum, detecting, analysing and exploiting signals in complex, often contested environments. This isn’t just theoretical engineering. It’s applied work that directly supports real-world operational outcomes, where performance, resilience and accuracy matter.
- Designing or analysing RF and radar systems
- Working on electronic warfare or countermeasure development
- Processing and interpreting complex signal data
- Solving problems where data is incomplete, noisy or adversarial
Typical capability areas
We’re interested in people with experience across areas such as:
- RF systems engineering
- Radar systems and signal processing
- Electronic Warfare (EW) / CEMA
- Signal exploitation and analysis
- Digital Signal Processing (DSP)
- FPGA / embedded systems for real-time processing
