Scaffolding Supervisor Job Overview
Masons Scaffolding is seeking an experienced and motivated Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee scaffolding operations on one of our London sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a site team, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day scaffolding operations

Manage and lead scaffolding teams, including scaffolders and labourers

Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with TG20, SG4, NASC guidance, and health & safety legislation

Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety briefings

Liaise with site managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery

Ensure scaffolds are erected, altered, and dismantled safely and to specification

Monitor productivity, quality of workmanship, and adherence to programme

Complete site paperwork, permits, and reports as required

Identify and resolve site issues promptly and professionally

Essential Requirements

CISRS Advanced Scaffolder Gold Card (mandatory)

SSSTS qualification (mandatory)

Proven experience in a scaffolding supervisory role

Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, regulations, and best practices

Ability to manage teams and work under pressure

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Right to work in the UK
