Personal transport is essential due to the location of our base.
We’re looking for a hardworking, reliable Workshop Labourer to join our busy commercial vehicle workshop.
Part time and job share can be considered.
Working alongside our experienced mechanics, you’ll play an important part in keeping the workshop running smoothly—from helping with maintenance tasks to making sure parts, equipment and work areas are organised and ready for use.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting PSV and heavy vehicle mechanics with everyday workshop tasks.
- Moving vehicle components, parts and equipment.
- Supporting servicing and repair work as required.
- Keeping workshop areas clean, tidy and safe.
- Helping with general labouring and housekeeping duties.
What You’ll Bring
- A willingness to get stuck in and take on physically demanding work, including heavy lifting.
- Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
- An interest in practical work and learning from experienced mechanics.
Mechanical knowledge or workshop experience would be a bonus, but it isn’t essential.
Date of Birth is required for driving positions only, to meet licence and insurance requirements.
