Mason's Meats in Crowborough is seeking an onsite Customer Service & Facilities Assistant. You will own day-to-day online customer service and support the Production and Logistics teams; written English must be excellent and you will be the face customers hear from on the floor.
Duties include handling customer emails, processing orders, goods in/out, keeping the site tidy and safe, and assisting with practical tasks across production and logistics.
