Mason’s Meats is seeking a retention-focused marketer to own our customer retention programs across email, SMS, subscriptions, loyalty and affiliates.
You will shape ongoing programs, ideate and launch campaigns, flows and testing, and partner with Growth and Brand to ensure retention feels integral to the brand.
You’ll work hands-on in Klaviyo, build and optimize campaigns, and iterate based on results. This role rewards ownership, fast decision-making, and measurable impact on growth.
