We are seeking a hardworking, reliable and experienced 2 stroke, handheld Machinery Engineer for our Chudleigh depot.
Are you looking for a secure career with the potential for development. This role will be working on a variety of equipment, both in workshop and on customer premises.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Perform diagnostics, service, and repairs on Garden Machinery equipment.
- Perform pre-delivery set up on new or used equipment.
- Completion of job-related administration and reports (job cards/DTAC/ digital timesheets etc).
- Maintain a tidy and organised workstation.
- Competent to carry out vehicle diagnostics.
- Follow company health & safety rules.
- Undertake training.
- Confident in the use of IT.
- Ability to work with the latest industry technologies.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Vehicle driving licence.
- Ideally familiar with John Deere, Stihl and competitive products.
- Excellent communication skills
