We are seeking an experienced, dedicated Conveyancer who is detail‑oriented to join our team.
The successful candidate will manage property transactions, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and provide exceptional service to clients.

- Role Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end process of a range of property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Prepare and review legal documentation such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and solicitors/conveyancers to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Conduct property searches and due diligence to ensure legal compliance.
- Organise and maintain accurate case files and documentation.
- Ensure all transaction deadlines are met efficiently and effectively.
- Provide clear updates and advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to property transactions as required.
- What We Are Looking For
- 3–5 years residential conveyancing experience managing your own caseload.
- CILEx, CLC licence, or law degree.
- Confident handling of freehold and leasehold transactions independently.
- Strong client communication skills.
