We are seeking an ambitious and technically capable individual to join our business as a Production Management Trainee. This is a fully hands-on, site-based role and will suit someone looking to build a long-term career within manufacturing operations and production leadership.
This structured development programme is designed to provide full operational competence across all production departments, with a clear progression pathway into a future Production Management role.
Essential Requirement: An Electrical Qualification to Level 3 (or equivalent) is an essential requirement for this position. Applications without this qualification will not be considered.
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations and Managing Director, the successful candidate will gain practical experience across production, engineering support, Health.
