About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Fleet Technician to join a well-established and growing operation supporting a network of distribution and supply sites. This is a field-based position responsible for providing maintenance, repair and technical support across a commercial vehicle fleet, helping to maximise vehicle availability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on HGV vehicles and trailers
  • Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
  • Support fleet reliability and minimise vehicle downtime
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Travel between operational sites as required
  • Maintain accurate service and repair records

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic, Fleet Technician or similar role
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Relevant engineering, vehicle maintenance or mechanical qualifications
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Flexible approach to travel and multi-site working
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
