The Role
Our client is seeking a Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant who bridges the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand needs, design smart solutions, and lead the configuration and customisation of Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other platforms. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and refine business requirements
- Translate functional needs into technical specs and scalable solutions
- Configure Salesforce (flows, process builder, custom objects, page layouts, reports, dashboards)
- Write and review Apex code, Visualforce, Lightning Components (as needed)
- Lead client workshops, demos, and user training sessions
- Provide expert advice on Salesforce best practices, data strategy, and integration
- Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimisation
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience as a Salesforce consultant or developer
- Strong hands-on experience with at least two Salesforce clouds (e.g. Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing)
- Proficient in declarative configuration and at least working-level Apex/Lightning
- Ability to manage client relationships and lead discovery workshops
- Salesforce certifications (Admin + at least one Consultant/Developer cert) preferred
- Experience in a consulting or client-facing environment strongly preferred
- Bonus: familiarity with third-party integrations, CPQ, or industry-specific solutions
