We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Quality Assurance Lead to establish and drive our QA function. You'll build and scale testing frameworks across Salesforce and broader technology delivery, ensuring high-quality, reliable solutions in a regulated finance environment. This role involves defining QA strategies, implementing automation, collaborating with Technology and Projects teams, and championing quality across all releases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain test plans, automation frameworks, and scripts
- Execute manual and automated testing for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes
- Analyse, prioritise, and resolve defects with developers and stakeholders
- Maintain test documentation, metrics, and quality standards
- Lead UAT sessions and support stakeholder workshops
- Continuously improve QA processes in an Agile environment
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, or related field
- Strong Salesforce knowledge (Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud) in finance or regulated sectors
- Proven experience in QA, test automation, and CRM platforms
- Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills
Desirable:
- Salesforce certifications
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Gearset, GitHub, or similar tools
