This is a unique opportunity where you will seamlessly bridge the gap between technical depth and strategic client delivery. You will take meaningful ownership of client engagements - running discovery and requirements workshops with senior stakeholders one day, and getting hands-on with platform configuration, integrations, or front-end Lightning development the next. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will design scalable multi-cloud solutions, manage end-to-end delivery, and mentor junior members of an expert technical team.

- Design and build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (MuleSoft/Jitterbit).
- Utilise front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to deliver seamless Lightning user experiences.
- Lead scoping, discovery, and design workshops.
- Frame complex business problems clearly and present technical solutions confidently to C-suite stakeholders.
- Lead data mapping, requirements analysis, and end-to-end migration activities.
- Own delivery streams on major enterprise programmes or manage full end-to-end delivery on smaller engagements, keeping an eye on budget, technical risks, and quality assurance.
- Mentor colleagues, contribute to internal knowledge sharing (architectural patterns and best practices), and support pre-sales activity by scoping new opportunities and delivering compelling technical demos.
- Proven experience operating in a Technical Consulting role gained in a Salesforce Consulting environment.
- Solid understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and LWC sufficient to guide technical work, quality-assure code, and contribute hands-on where needed.
- Good working knowledge of SOQL/SQL.
- Extensive experience with advanced declarative configuration, enterprise Flow design, and complex permission architectures.
- Proven background in managing data migrations and governing API/middleware integrations.
- Experience spanning across the following ecosystem pillars: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, able to build and review high-quality Lightning front-end experiences.
- REST/SOAP, platform events, MuleSoft/ETL tools, data migration strategy.
- Opportunity/case management, forecasting, omni-channel routing, or CPQ concepts.
- Experience Cloud: Partner/self-service portals and digital experience strategy.
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and sandbox governance.
- A Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
