The Role
- Own and optimise Salesforce across Sales Cloud and integrated platforms, driving performance across the full customer lifecycle.
- Design and build scalable automations (Flows, validation rules, custom objects) to streamline sales and operational processes.
- Lead system improvements, reducing reliance on external developers and delivering efficient, low-maintenance solutions.
- Act as the go-to expert for integrations, managing APIs and tools like Zapier to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Own reporting and dashboards, delivering clear, actionable insights on pipeline, conversion, and business performance.
- Manage third-party vendors and developers, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with business needs.
- Oversee telephony integration, ensuring smooth operation and accurate data capture across the CRM.
What You'll Need
- 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in an admin or hands-on functional role.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, validation rules, and data structure.
- Proven ability to build reporting and dashboards that drive commercial decision-making.
- Experience working with integrations and APIs (e.g. Zapier, Make, or similar tools).
- Ability to operate independently and take full ownership of a CRM environment.
- Commercial mindset, with confidence working with sales pipelines, conversion metrics, and revenue data.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge when needed.
