We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Consultant to join a growing Delivery team, leading Salesforce projects from discovery through to implementation. This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant who combines strong Salesforce expertise with exceptional stakeholder management and solution design skills. As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will lead projects of varying size and complexity, working closely with Technical Leads, Developers, UX specialists and Project Managers to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions that create meaningful impact for customers. You will act as the primary consultant on engagements, guiding clients through discovery, solution design, configuration, deployment and user adoption while ensuring solutions align with both business objectives and technical best practice. Drive best-practice Salesforce design principles Lead delivery teams through implementation projects Configure Salesforce using native platform functionality Manage data migration and data mapping activities Support deployments from Sandbox to Production environments Project Leadership Maintain accurate project documentation and Jira updates Conduct testing and quality assurance activities Training & Knowledge Sharing Deliver client demonstrations and user training Support implementation handovers to support teams Strong Salesforce consulting and solution design experience Excellent requirements gathering and business analysis skills Hands-on Salesforce configuration expertise Experience managing complex Salesforce implementations Experience mentoring or coaching colleagues Salesforce certifications Experience with third-party Salesforce applications and integrations Knowledge of data migration and deployment processes Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering quality outcomes Career Development This role offers excellent progression opportunities, including: Contribution to thought leadership and industry content Participation in technical communities of practice 55,000 - £80,000 depending on experience ~ Ongoing Salesforce certification support ~ Professional development opportunities ~ Opportunity to work on impactful projects within the nonprofit sector
