Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical workshops, solution reviews & discovery sessions
  • Provide technical leadership across delivery teams
  • Provide guidance and leadership for peers and own development delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Build both technical & business relationships with stakeholders
  • Architecture knowledge and understanding of architectural best practice

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading technical design reviews
  • Experience mentoring junior members of the team
  • Cross-cloud Salesforce experience
  • Salesforce consulting experience
  • Salesforce PD1 Certified (Nice to have)
