Overview

Mason Frank are currently exclusively partnered with a market-leading Salesforce Partner who is well-renowned for having one of the best working environments in the ecosystem. My client is currently looking to expand their managed service function and bring in a consultant to work on a range of strategic accounts. This role is perfect for someone currently working in a Managed Service environment or someone who is keen to remain within consulting but have more long-term ownership of customer accounts.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design & Configure customer solutions
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers
  • Support customer success efforts with existing customers
  • Deliver customer training
