About the Role
Our Customer is looking for a talented Salesforce Technical Lead to join a high-impact programme within the Financial Services sector. You’ll be a key player in the technical delivery of a cutting-edge Salesforce solution built on the FSI Data Model, leveraging Vlocity, Omnistudio, and deep integration capabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a complex, enterprise-grade Salesforce implementation where you\\\’ll lead technical design and development, guide a team of engineers, and collaborate closely with architects, stakeholders, and business analysts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions using Omnistudio, FlexCards, and LWC.
- Drive the integration of Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft and custom integration procedures.
- Guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with solution architects and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Oversee configuration and customisation of Experience Cloud, Opportunities, Quotes, and Policy Management features within the FSI context.
- Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and security across the solution.
Technical Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead in enterprise projects.
- Strong expertise with Salesforce FSI (Financial Services Cloud) and Vlocity.
- In-depth knowledge of Omnistudio, including Omniscripts, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures.
- Proficient in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and custom Apex development.
- Experience with Experience Cloud configuration and customisation.
- Familiarity with MuleSoft integration patterns and tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modelling, sharing rules, and security architecture.
