As part of our continued growth and digital transformation journey, we are seeking a talented Salesforce Technical Consultant to play a key role in managing, optimising, and innovating our Salesforce ecosystem.
As a Salesforce Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for the development, administration, and support of our Salesforce platform, ensuring it continues to evolve in line with business needs. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions, integrate thirdâparty tools, and champion Salesforce best practices across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide technical expertise in Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Pardot.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver highâquality enhancements.
- Support and maintain integrations with thirdâparty tools such as OwnBackup, DocuSign, and Conga.
- Apply DevOps and CI/CD best practices to streamline development and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Keep up to date with Salesforce releases and new technologies, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to ensure data integrity, security, and scalability of the Salesforce environment.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Salesforce development, administration, and support (Essential).
- Inâdepth understanding of Salesforce products and their functionalities, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, and Pardot (Essential).
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD best practices (Desirable).
- Experience with thirdâparty tools such as OwnBackup, DocuSign, Conga, or similar (Desirable).
- Strong analytical and problemâsolving skills, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly (Essential).
