Role Overview
Looking for a proactive and client-focused Salesforce Managed Services Consultant to join the growing team. This role will involve supporting, enhancing, and optimising Salesforce orgs for our managed service clients, with a particular emphasis on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their evolving business needs, provide strategic guidance, resolve day-to-day issues, and implement continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned managed service clients.
- Manage and resolve client support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
- Deliver enhancements and configuration updates within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and automation within client orgs.
- Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, data management, and governance.
- Collaborate with internal team members (e.g. developers, architects) to deliver solutions.
- Conduct regular health checks and usage reviews with clients.
- Participate in client meetings, planning sessions, and ongoing relationship management.
- Maintain accurate records of work using project and ticketing tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, Salesforce).
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Proven experience delivering and supporting Salesforce solutions, ideally in a managed service or consultancy capacity.
- Deep understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features and configuration.
- Strong experience with Salesforce configuration (flows, validation rules, page layouts, reports/dashboards).
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) required.
- Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Based in the UK with the right to work.
Nice-to-Have:
- Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant).
- Experience with other Salesforce products such as Experience Cloud or CPQ.
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools and methodologies.
