Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solution designs.
- Act as the primary functional lead across Salesforce implementation projects.
- Collaborate with technical architects and developers to ensure solutions align with best practices.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide strategic guidance to clients.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants within the project team.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience delivering Salesforce implementations in a functional consulting capacity.
- Proven experience leading workshops, gathering requirements, and defining solution designs.
