Mason Frank have partnered with an established Digital Consulting business who are in the process of building a best in class Salesforce practice in the UK ecosystem.
This role would suit an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant who would like to join this Partner at a critical point in their growth and take a lead role in their consulting practice.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Design and implement Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and industry standards.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower clients with Salesforce knowledge.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure seamless Salesforce operations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
