This established and growing organisation is looking to strengthen its Salesforce capability by bringing in an experienced Salesforce Developer to lead the technical direction of the platform. This role will focus on addressing existing technical debt, setting best practices, and driving forward enhancements across the Salesforce estate.
As the senior technical authority for Salesforce, you'll work hands-on across the platform—designing scalable solutions, improving code quality, and ensuring the long-term health of the org. You'll have the opportunity to work with a broad range of Salesforce Clouds and products, while defining development standards and shaping the overall technical roadmap.
