As a certified Salesforce Global Strategic Partner, they are renowned for pushing the boundaries of what is possible with enterprise technology. They are investing heavily in their Data & AI practice and are looking for a Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist to act as the subject matter expert on high-profile, enterprise-level implementations.

The Role

In this position, you will bridge the gap between complex data architecture and business strategy. You will be responsible for architecting, configuring, and deploying Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Genie) solutions to help enterprise clients unlock real-time data harmonization and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect & Implement: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including data ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, and segmentation.
  • Data Strategy: Map complex business requirements into scalable data models, leveraging identity resolution rules and calculated insights.
  • Integration: Connect Data Cloud seamlessly with Core Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud), MuleSoft, and external data lakes (e.g., Snowflake, AWS).
  • Trusted Advisor: Serve as the subject matter expert, guiding enterprise stakeholders through data governance, privacy compliance, and best practices.

Experience required

  • Salesforce Expertise: Proven hands‑on experience implementing Salesforce Data Cloud in a commercial or consultancy environment.
  • Data Engineering / Architecture: A strong background in data modeling, SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines, and managing large‑scale enterprise data sets.
  • Ecosystem Knowledge: Deep understanding of how Data Cloud integrates with Marketing Cloud, Core CRM, and MuleSoft.
  • Consultative Mindset: Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex data concepts to non‑technical business leaders.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification is highly desirable.
