Mason Frank are proud to partner with a global end user who are looking to hire an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst. This role would suit a dynamic and detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst who is passionate about leveraging Salesforce to drive business transformation.

The SF BA acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing the Salesforce platform to meet their evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional Salesforce solutions.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
  • Support user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing support.
  • Partner with developers and admins to implement scalable solutions.
  • Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce releases.
Required Qualifications
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) – mandatory.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar is a plus.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Business Analyst, Advanced Admin).
