Salesforce Administrator | £35,000–£38,000 | Charity Sector

📍 Location: Hybrid, 2x per month on-site

💷 Salary: £35,000–£38,000 (DOE)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be the in-house Salesforce go-to, helping colleagues solve challenges, use the system effectively, and learn best practices.
  • Keep our database running smoothly and securely, following UK GDPR and data protection standards.
  • Build and share insightful reports and dashboards that turn data into action.
  • Make sure Salesforce integrates seamlessly with our website and other digital tools.
  • Collaborate across teams to segment data, tailor communications, and prepare for future AI-driven insights.

What you bring:

  • 2+ years’ Salesforce experience including a Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Proven skills in CRM configuration (flows, validation rules, profiles, permissions).
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience integrating Salesforce with tools like Form Assembly or payment systems.
  • Knowledge of data analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau BI).
