Salesforce Administrator (Automation Specialist)

£50,000–£55,000 + Benefits | Manchester | Hybrid

The Role:

As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a key role in a small but impactful Salesforce team, driving efficiency across the organisation. The majority of your time will be spent designing, building, and testing new automation processes, as well as improving existing ones. You’ll also provide support for user issues, ensuring smooth operations and preventing future disruptions.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, not just automating current processes but also reimagining workflows to deliver smarter, scalable solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of Salesforce experience, including broad system configuration.
  • 3+ years hands-on experience implementing complex Flows and integrations (API and middleware).
  • A developer mindset: clear scoping, robust testing, and full project lifecycle delivery.
  • Strong data skills, with an ability to spot patterns and errors quickly.
  • An agile, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
  • Passion for automation, continuous improvement, and emerging tech (AI in particular).
