As they continue to grow, our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join the team and support the ongoing CRM needs. You will work alongside a collaborative team and play a key role in ensuring our Salesforce platform runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support of the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity and system reliability
- Maintain and update reports and dashboards to support business insights and performance tracking
- Assist with building, updating, and troubleshooting Flows (using Flow Builder) to support and improve business processes
- Manage user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings
- Support end users with training, queries, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement improvements
- Monitor system usage and suggest best practices to improve adoption and efficiency
- Assist with data imports, clean-up tasks, and audits as needed
About You
- 1–2 years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is desirable
- Solid understanding of Salesforce fundamentals (standard objects, page layouts, validation rules, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with report and dashboard creation
- Experience with Flow Builder for automations
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A keen interest in the media industry is a plus
