Salesforce Administrator – Automation Specialist

They’re seeking a Salesforce Administrator with outstanding automation skills. This isn’t a maintenance role – it’s a chance to take ownership of the platform, streamline workflows, and build automation solutions that will drive efficiency across the business.
The Role
- Own the day-to-day administration and optimisation of Salesforce.
- Design, implement, and enhance complex automation(Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Workflow Rules).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable, automation-led solutions.
- Maintain data quality, create reports/dashboards, and ensure insights are accessible.
- Stay on top of Salesforce releases and implement features that add real value.
- Play a key role in exploring how AI can be integrated into Salesforce and wider business processes.
About You
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong automation portfolio.
- Advanced knowledge of building and optimising Flows.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred).
- Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about innovation, automation, and new technology opportunities.
