Fully remote Boutique Salesforce consulting partner, passionate about driving digital transformation for their clients through the power of Salesforce. The team is made up of expert consultants, developers, and architects who work collaboratively to deliver innovative and tailored solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and beyond.

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant to join the growing team. You will be responsible for leading client engagements, designing and building robust Salesforce solutions (with a strong focus on Flows), and supporting pre-sales activities with commercial insight.

  • Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions primarily using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Guide clients through change management, adoption strategies, and best use of Salesforce features.

Pre-Sales & Commercial:

  • Provide strategic input into commercial offerings and service packages.
  • Help articulate value propositions and ROI from proposed Salesforce solutions.

Minimum 2–5 years of Salesforce consulting experience.

  • Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementation.
  • Advanced Salesforce Flows expertise – ability to build complex automations without code.
  • Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce Administrator and Consultant Certifications.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience in a Salesforce consulting partner or agency setting.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies.
