Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead technical workshops, solution reviews & discovery sessions
- Provide technical leadership across delivery teams
- Provide guidance and leadership for peers and own development delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Build both technical & business relationships with stakeholders
- Architecture knowledge and understanding of architectural best practice
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading technical design reviews
- Experience mentoring junior members of the team
- Cross-cloud Salesforce experience
- Salesforce consulting experience
- Salesforce PD1 Certified (Nice to have)
