We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure and innovative Salesforce solutions. The role will focus on end-to-end architecture across Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Agentforce and AI capabilities, ensuring technology solutions align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
Key Responsibilities-
- Own end-to-end Salesforce technical architecture, translating business requirements into scalable, robust solutions.
- Design solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Architect quote-to-cash and revenue lifecycle solutions, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, contracting, order management and billing, as applicable.
- Define and deliver AI-powered solutions using Agentforce, Salesforce AI capabilities and intelligent automation.
- Design integrations with enterprise systems using APIs, MuleSoft, event-driven architecture and middleware.
- Establish data architecture, security, identity management and governance standards.
- Lead technical design reviews, architectural decisions, development standards and platform optimisation.
- Oversee DevOps, CI/CD, release management, testing, performance and technical debt.
- Provide technical leadership to developers, architects and delivery teams, working closely with business and technology stakeholders.
Essential Skills and Experience-
- Extensive Salesforce experience, including technical architecture and complex enterprise implementations.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce APIs and Flow.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud, including pricing, quoting and quote-to-cash processes.
- Understanding of Agentforce, generative AI, AI agents and intelligent automation use cases.
- Strong integration, data modelling, security and identity architecture expertise.
- Experience with CI/CD, source control, automated testing and Salesforce deployment practices.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable technical designs and lead architectural decision-making.
- Experience with Revenue Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Billing or subscription management.
- Hands-on experience implementing Agentforce, Einstein AI, prompt engineering, grounding and AI-powered workflows.
- Experience with MuleSoft, Data Cloud, enterprise integration patterns and large-scale Salesforce transformations.
